Founded in 1950, Central Baptist Association is a family of 19 Southern Baptist Churches and Missions located in Decatur, Bloomington, and most of the smaller towns located between them! You will find our Churches and Missions to be friendly, conservative, evangelical, and Baptist.
If you are seeking information about a church home in Central Illinois, please feel free to contact any of the churches directly. They will be glad to welcome you! You can also contact our office directly.

CBA History Pages
CBA History book-who wants to reserve a copy?
Dr. Lanny Faulkner is collecting historical information from our current CBA churches and has collected historical information from our CBA Annual Meeting books to continue where Tom Miller stopped his (1950-1993) history. Each CBA church will receive a copy. Individuals or churches wanting additional copies will be able to see a mock-up of the book, and have a chance to sign up to purchase one for $10 each.
Summer Camp Scholarships Available
CBA will pay the cost of Summer Camp
$180 per camper
June 16-20, IBSA Summer Camp at Streator
June 24th-28th, Super Summer at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, MO.
For churches who don't currently have camp-aged kids, consider having your congregation reach out to grandkids, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and great-grandkids. For those with youth, please encourage them to invite their friends.
We'd love to hear stories of kids who received Christ this summer at Camp!
